St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur,celebrated its Annual Day, ‘Aarohan 3.0’, on February 21, 2026, with a vibrantshowcase of talent and academic progress. The ceremony commenced with a warmwelcoming speech by the Director, Rev. Fr. Amit Tirkey, who shared his visionfor the college's strategic growth and the infrastructural improvements thathave defined the past year. Following the welcome, the Principal, Dr. KuldeepDubey, presented the Annual Report, detailing the year’s academic milestonesand leading the official release of the college newsletter. The event washonored by Chief Guests Shri Purandar Mishra Ji (MLA, Raipur North) and Mrs.Meenal Choubey Ji (Mayor, Raipur), along with Special Guest Rev. Fr. ShantiPrakash Panna. In their keynote addresses, the guests discussed changingeducation trends and the importance of fostering an intellectual atmospherethat balances modern innovation with Indian cultural values.

The celebration reached a crescendowith a series of spectacular cultural performances and a prestigious PrizeDistribution ceremony. Student groups presented a kaleidoscopic journey throughthe Festivals of India, followed by powerful thematic performances on WomenEmpowerment and a high-energy depiction of College and Sports Life. Betweenthese acts, the college paused to recognize excellence by awarding trophies andcertificates to achievers in Sports and Extra-Curricular Activities,celebrating those who brought laurels to the institution through teamwork andindividual grit. These moments of recognition perfectly complemented theartistic displays, reinforcing the college's commitment to holisticdevelopment. The evening concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the VicePrincipal, Dr. G. Padma Gouri, who thanked the participants, faculty, andguests for making the ascent of Aarohan 3.0 a resounding success.


St. Vincent Pallotti College,Raipur, organized the Scholarship Distribution Ceremony- "Uplabdhi"  for the academic session 2025-26 on 20thof February, 2026 at the seminar hall to honour students who displayedexceptional performance in academics, sports and cultural activities. Theinstitution provided the scholarship in five distinctive categories- (i) BestStudent (ii) Co-Curricular (iii) Christian Minority (iv) Economically BackwardClasses and (v) Alumni, which are designed to ensure inclusive growth andprovide financial support for educational advancement of the diversifiedstudents. The ceremony was honoured by the presence of the Chief Guest, Mr.Shashank Sharma (State Minister Status and President of the ‘ChhattisgarhSahitya Akademi’), who emphasized in his address that a nation is built notmerely by governments, but by the character of its responsible citizens. Theoccasion was distinguished by Special Guests Mr. Rajeev Mundra and Mr. SubodhHaritwal, the President and Vice President of the Institution’s ‘AlumniAssociation’, respectively. The program commenced with a traditional lamplighting ceremony followed by a vibrant welcome dance performance by thestudents. During his welcome address, the Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey,showcased the institution's progress and the students' achievements as well asquality enhancement and increased support by the ‘Alumni Association’.

The ceremony highlighted thestrong support of the institution’s distinguished alumni, including Mr.Ashutosh Singh, Mr. Ashish Drolia, Mr. Prakash Agrawal, Mr. Arpan Singh, Mr.Sourabh Thakur, CA Yashvardhan Shrivastava, and Mr. Ankur Wanjari, who contributedsignificantly to the scholarship fund. Students across all the streams receivedawards under various categories, encouraging them to maintain their dedicationto excellence and humanitarian service. Providing an alumni perspective, Mr.Subodh Haritwal, in his speech, applauded the college’s tradition of fosteringpractical education and a spirit of social responsibility. The event concludedwith a formal vote of thanks proposed by the Convener of Scholarship Committeeand Vice-Principal Dr. G. Padma Gouri, followed by the National Anthem, markinga successful celebration of students’ merit and institutional growth.


On January 26, 2026, St. Vincent Pallotti College,Raipur celebrated India’s 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patrioticspirit. The college free zone was beautifully decorated with flowers and thenational tricolor. The programme began at 8:00 a.m. with the hoisting of thenational flag by Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Principal and Chief Guest, followed by theNational Anthem. In his address, he emphasized the role of youth innation-building and encouraged students to uphold constitutional values and ethicalresponsibility. This patriotic atmosphere was furtherdeepened by the choir's performance of the National Song, which resonated withthe values of the constitution.

The culturalprogramme reflected the students’ talent and patriotic feeling through speeches,songs, and dances highlighting India’s freedom struggle and cultural diversity.These performances were met with high praise from the audience. The event wasgraced by the presence of the Director, Principal, Vice Principal, HODs, andIn-charges of different departments, along with teaching and non-teaching staffand students. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and distribution ofrefreshments, leaving everyone inspired with a strong sense of national prideand civic responsibility.


The Cultural Committee in collaboration with Department of Education organized Christmas celebration in a cheerful and inclusive atmosphere with enthusiastic participation from faculty members and students. The programme began with a candle-lighting ceremony where the light was passed among faculty members, symbolizing unity and shared values. This was followed by an address by the Director, Rev. Fr. Amit Tirkey who conveyed a thoughtful message highlighting togetherness and harmony. The programme continued with a cake cutting ceremony, melodious carol singing and a lively dance performance, adding joy and energy to the event.
The celebration concluded on a warm and cheerful note, spreading the Christmas message of joy, kindness and sharing. The celebration encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of hope and goodwill in their daily lives, leaving the campus filled with happiness and festive cheer.

Flavors of Festivity was celebrated on 17/10/2025 in the Seminar Hall with great enthusiasm. The program began with a vibrant Chhattisgarhi cultural dance, showcasing the rich traditions and festive spirit of the region.

Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey addressed the gathering and delivered an inspiring speech on the significance of Diwali, emphasizing the triumph of light over darkness and the importance of celebrating with harmony, positivity and eco-friendly practices. As part of the celebration, a special competition titled “Flavors of Festivity” was organized. The competition aimed to highlight the culinary creativity and festive enthusiasm of the students. Participants prepared a variety of traditional and innovative Diwali delicacies, reflecting the cultural essence and joy of the festival. The dishes were judged on presentation, taste, creativity, and cultural relevance.

The Viksit Bharat Quiz, a significant component of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD)2026, was conducted at St. Vincent College on 26th September 2025. Hosted on the MY Bharat portal, this national-level quiz is designed to engage and inspire the youth in shaping the future of India, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The quiz was held across all departments and conducted in line with the broader objectives of inclusivity, awareness, and youth empowerment. The quiz tested students’ knowledge of India’s history, development goals, policies, and the vision for a progressive, developed India. The objective of the quiz was to create awareness among students about the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047and encourage them to actively engage in developmental discourse. The quiz also provided a platform for students to showcase leadership potential and progress to higher rounds such as essay writing and presentations.

The Viksit Bharat Quiz at St. Vincent College witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all departments, reflecting their keen interest in national development. The event successfully achieved its goals of stimulating awareness and encouraging proactive involvement among youth in the Viksit Bharat initiative.


On 5th September, 2025, the students of St. Vincent Pallotti College organized a grand Celebration to honor and appreciate the hard work, dedication and Commitment of the educators. The event was graced by the Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, HODs & In charges, Faculty members and Students from various departments.

The event commenced with the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony followed by Showering of flower petals on the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan . A cake cutting ceremony further added joy to the Celebrations.

The Cultural Program started with an energetic welcome dance. The event included a motivational speech delivered by the Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, emphasizing the vital role of teachers in shaping the future of students and society.

The event showcased a variety of cultural performances by the students, including traditional dances and a musical band performance blending both classical and modern pieces. Each performance was dedicated to expressing gratitude and admiration towards the teachers. Students reported high satisfaction and happiness for being able to honor their mentors and enjoy the occasion.

The teachers’ day celebration organized by the students of St. Vincent Pallotti College was an overwhelming success. It reinforced the bond between students and teachers and highlighted the importance of education and mentorship. The college administration congratulated the student organizers and volunteers and expressed a commitment to continue the inspiring tradition in the future.


On 20th September 2025, students were given a vibrant stage to display their skills in shayari, dancing, mimicry, and singing. The event evolved into a grand celebration of artistic brilliance, innovation, and expression.

The Competition was hosted by the Team of Campus Jung who kept the audience engaged and stuck to their seats throughout the event with her humor and interaction with audience. Jim Khana along with the competition added charm to event by providing a chance to get a free Test Ride of TVS Apache RTR-16 getting huge response from students.

The event created a joyful and vibrant environment in the institution drawing appreciation from faculty members and students. It provided students with practical exposure, helping them overcome stage fear and improve their communication abilities.

All the winners received a special gift Hampers as a token of appreciation from Maverick Activation Pvt. Ltd. in the presence of Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey. And all the participants were provided with certificate of participation. Students selected will get an opportunity to compete with students of other college at State Level.

Incharge of the activity was Mrs. Aayesha Hendricks. Overall, the Event was a grand success as it not only entertained but also enriched the learning experience of the students. It reflected the spirit of creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm that defines campus life. It inspired young talents and provided a platform to outshine and built confidence.



On 8th September 2025,the Cultural Committee of St. Vincent Pallotti College organized an “Elocution Competition”, as a key part of the grand Silver Jubilee Celebration of Chhattisgarh Statecommemorating 25 years since its formation on 1st November 2000. The theme of the competition was “Viksit Chhattisgarh @2047”(Envisioning the State’s Future 25 Years from Now).Many students from various departments, participated in the event, delivering their speeches in both English and Hindi languages, with each participant having a maximum time limit of 3 minutes to present their ideas. The elocution competition was judged by Dr. Sunita Pawar (Librarian) and Dr. Yashswee Lonkar (In-Charge of B.A Department).The program commenced with a formal introduction, where the significance of celebrating the silver jubilee of Chhattisgarh was elaborated, underlining the state’s achievements in the various fields.

All the participants delivered their thought-provoking speeches, the judges evaluated each participant carefully and shared their valuable feedback, highlighting strengths and providing constructive suggestions to motivate the students. The competition concluded with the announcement of the results:
Ms. Ishita Gabel from BBA secured the 1st position; the 2nd position was awarded to Afreen Bano, from BCA student, followed by Nisha Dahariya, from B.Ed., securing the 3rd position. Additionally, Arvind Bhagat from B.Ed and Chinmay Yadav from PGDCA were honored with consolation prizes.
The Incharge of the Elocution Competition was Mrs. Tripti Pashine Singh who ensured the smooth functioning of the event. The event was concluded by vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Aayesha Hendricks. The elocution competition proved to be a significant event, not only in fostering public speaking and critical thinking skills among students but also in encouraging them to reflect on the future of Chhattisgarh with a sense of pride and responsibility.

St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, celebrated the 79th  Independence Day of India with great zeal and the patriotic fervor on 15th August 2025 in the college campus. The entire college community, including the Principal, Vice Principal, faculty members, staff, and students, gathered to commemorate the occasion and pay homage to the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the nation.

The celebration began with a warm welcome by the student anchors that set the patriotic tone of the program. This was followed by the flag hoisting ceremony, where the tricolor was hoisted by the esteemed Chief Guest, the Director of the College, Rev. Fr. Amit  Tirkey accompanied by the Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey. The entire assembly then proudly sang the National Anthem, resonating the spirit of unity and devotion to the country.

The Chief Guest’s address was the highlight of the program, inspiring students with thoughts on the significance of independence, responsibilities of youth in nation-building, and the role of education in strengthening democracy.

The cultural program commenced with a melodious patriotic song presented by the students, which filled the atmosphere with emotion and pride. This was followed by an impactful speech by a student representative, who eloquently spoke about the struggles of freedom fighters and the values of courage, sacrifice, and unity.

Adding vibrancy to the event, students performed a lively group dance showcasing cultural diversity and patriotism, which was highly appreciated by the audience.

Towards the end, the Vote of Thanks was proposed, acknowledging the contribution of all dignitaries, staff, and students in making the program successful.

The day served as a reminder of the nation’s glorious past and instilled in everyone the spirit of patriotism, unity, and responsibility towards building a better India.
