The 3rd and 5th semestersenior students of Management Department from St. Vincent Pallotti College,Raipur organized a Friendship Day celebration for their juniors on 2nd August 2025.The main objective of this event was to foster bonding, encourage interaction,and help break the ice between seniors and juniors in a fun-filled and engagingenvironment.
The event featured a series of interactive games andactivities, specifically designed to promote teamwork,communication, and camaraderie among students. The first activity was anexciting TreasureHunt, where juniorswere divided into teams and given clues to find hidden locations around thecollege. This game tested their problem-solving skills and teamwork, while alsohelping them get familiar with the campus.
Next, a lively session of Dumb Charadeswas conducted. Participants were divided into teams, and each team acted outmovie names without speaking, while their teammates guessed. The room wasfilled with laughter, energy, and enthusiastic participation. As the finalactivity, the Friendship Band Game added a meaningful touch to thecelebration. Bands were hidden around the college premises, and students weretasked with finding them. Once found, they had to tie the bands to theirfriends and seniors, symbolizing new friendships and stronger bonds.
The event was a grandsuccess, with active participation from both juniors and seniors. Students enjoyed themselvesthoroughly and appreciated the opportunity to connect with one another outsideof the classroom setting. For the senior students of BBA 3 and 5, this programwas not just a celebration but also a practical learning experience in terms ofplanning,organizing, coordinating, and managing an event — essential skills for any management student.
The Friendship Day celebration trulyachieved its goal of creating a welcoming and joyful environment for thejuniors. It reflected the spirit of unity and highlighted the creative andleadership capabilities of the senior BBA students.
