An Essay Writing Competition titled “Ink Your Thoughts,Inspire the World” was successfully organized at St. Vincent PallottiCollege on 7 January 2026 under the aegis of the Khadi andVillage Industries Commission of India, State Office, Chhattisgarh, on theoccasion of Vishwa Hindi Diwas. The competition aimed to promote theHindi language while enhancing students’ creative writing, critical thinking,and expressive skills. Students participated enthusiastically and presentedtheir ideas effectively on the given theme. After careful and impartial evaluation, Fatima Panna and Vinit Kumar Kushawah secured the FirstPosition, Pritirose Minj secured the Second Position, and DipashaSahu secured the Third Position. The names of the winners wereformally announced by the Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey.

The Prize Distribution Ceremony was held on 10January 2026, during which the winners were felicitated with certificates,and trophies. On this occasion, Dr. Anup Kumar Shrivastav, RajbhashaAdhikari, and Mr. Rijwan Ahmad, Hindi Vibhag Prabhari, provided valuableinformation about various Khadi and Village Industries schemes,emphasizing self-reliance, employment generation, and the importance of khadiin nation-building. The event proved to be informative, motivating, andacademically enriching for the students. The ceremony wasattended by the Vice Principal, Dr. G. Padma Gouri, HODs, facultymembers, and students, who all witnessed and supported the celebrationof talent and creativity.
